This is an attractive early 19th Century French antique very rustic vendange table. The top has been recoloured and sealed. Tilting Top.

Vendange tables are integral to French wine history. The tilt top function allows them to be stored in cellars and easily transported for wine testing. The vendange, wine harvest, begins in August and can finish as late as the end of October
