Pair of attractive Art Deco amber clouded glass column vases by George Davidson (c.1930) at Gateshead. This is there column vase shape or pattern 279 and is seen in their catalogues of 1931. The vase is polished on the outside with a matte finish to the inside. This vase was produced in 6, 8 and 10 inch sizes.
