 Not all our items are in one place at our warehouses in Lambourn Woodlands, Hungerford and  Tetbury, Gloucestershire so please call or email using the links above or on our Contact page to check availability, appointment to view and avoid disappointment. If you have queries regarding any intended purchase please contact us initially through email or phone. All items on the website can be purchased directly, please email or phone and ask for details.

Delivery and Shipping

All items can be delivered either by postal service or by trusted and fully insured couriers that we use for both the UK market and for Overseas delivery. Please enquire by email or phone to obtain a quote for delivery options.

Returns

We comply with U.K. law regarding distance selling regulations. In the unlikely event you wish to return an item we offer a returns policy, please inform us by email within 48 hours  The buyer pays return postage, and the item must be returned with a reputable courier and must arrive back in the condition it left us within 14 days.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For any piece or item that has been purchased and held or stored for more than four weeks a refund is not available.
