A Lovely Hand-Knotted Persian Runner

A beautiful hand-knotted Persian runner featuring a striking series of geometric medallions on a crisp ivory ground, framed by a rich red and navy border. Woven in the Hamadan/Malayer region of Iran, this vintage piece showcases classic village craftsmanship with detailed boteh and floral motifs, deep natural dyes, and a lively tribal character.

The wool pile is soft and dense, with excellent colour saturation throughout. At nearly 3 metres in length, it’s a perfect size for hallways, landings, kitchens or between rooms, adding warmth and pattern without overwhelming a space.
